You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

The Site is an online showcase of baby and nursery furniture, including cribs, bassinets, co-sleepers, high chairs, play pieces, storage and seating.

The Site does not provide online ordering or payment. Any arrangement relating to a piece of furniture is made separately by email, and any additional terms that apply will be confirmed to you in writing at that time.

We work hard to present each piece honestly, but photographs show furniture styled in real rooms. Bedding, toys, blankets, mobiles and other accessories appearing in a photo are for styling and are not automatically included with the furniture.

Colours can look different depending on your screen settings and room lighting.

Where the Site does not state a particular detail about an item, you should not assume it. Please email us and ask before relying on any feature.

We may correct errors, update descriptions or withdraw an item from the Site at any time without notice.

Baby furniture must always be assembled, installed and used exactly as described in the instructions supplied by the manufacturer.

Adults remain responsible for supervising babies and young children, for anchoring tall furniture to the wall where recommended, and for checking furniture regularly for loose fittings or wear.

Guidance on the Site, such as nursery planning tips, is general information only and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions or professional advice.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.

You must not copy large parts of the Site, scrape its content automatically or use it to send unsolicited messages.

The text, logo, design, layout and graphics of the Site belong to Baby Furniture or are used with permission.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written consent.

When you email us, you agree that we may reply electronically and that email is an acceptable way for us to communicate with you.

Replies from our team are given in good faith to help you, but they do not create a binding contract unless we expressly say so in writing.

You agree to compensate Baby Furniture for claims, losses or costs that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state that apply to the relevant dealings between us.

If a disagreement arises, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email before any formal step is needed.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.
